We can give you the approximate delivery date so please keep checking the tracking. My order has not arrived.
Firstly, please track and check the status of your order through the link attached in the shipping confirmation. Although the message shows “DELIVERED” as you have not received any package, please check your mailbox and contact to local post office ASAP. If you more needed, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The package can be returned back to us due to several reasons like an absence of receiver, insufficient address, miss delivery, etc., In this case, when we receive it, we will send the email and hold the package until you response us.
