    My first order got lost in the mail but Olens was very understanding and even helped me track my lost package. It never got found but they were nice enough to send me the same order again at no cost and shipped it with expressed shipping! The contacts are comfortable and very natural looking!

    I have just received my olens order today whilst opening it, the mirror that came with the starter pack was all scratched up and I only decided to get the starter pack because of the contact lense case. However olens provides one for every purchase you make. Olens should inform all customers of this
