Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with olensglobal.com, you will receive an order confirmation email including order detail.
If you can't find it, first of all, please check your junk/spam mail section or check if your mailbox is full.
If you still cannot find it, you can check the status of the order in "My Order". Or you can contact us through Q&A(Member) or hello@olensglobal.com(Non-Member).
Some email domains including Hotmail and yahoo cause some issues blocking our emails. In this case, we recommend you to sign up using Gmail.
What benefits can I get as a member?
I forget my password. What should I do?
There is a button "Forgot Password" at the "Sign in" page.
Once you put your ID that the email address that you signed up, we will send a reset password URL with a temporary password. You can reset your password through this URL.
How can I become a member?
Please click "Create An Account" on the top right. And fill in the blanks with your name, email, password, country.
Then, the verification email of your ID will be sent immediately. To complete sign-up, you should check this email and click the "Authenticate" button inside.

What's the OLENS reward points?
You can earn 1% reward points of purchasing for every dollar spent in olensglobal.com. exception on promotion, discounted product, taxes/fees, and gift cards.
You can use the reward point as money from 1 point(1 point = USD 1.00) and you must have over 1 point in your account to redeem your point.
Reward points are valid only for 1 year from the date they are earned.
