How long will it take for my order to be processed
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday(Korea Standard Time), excluding Korean national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. About delivery time, it will take 10-20 days for shipment on normal situation. We are unable to control the shipping speed; it depends on destination country handling time.
Types of payment
We accept credit cards for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, Unionpay). We accept PayPal, AliPay, TenPay, and WeChatPay.
If you ordered the wrong item, you can cancel it within 15 minutes and re-order again. However, only if you put incorrect shipping address, you will be able to edit before it ships out from our warehouse. We are unable to redirect an order to another shipping address if your order has been dispatched. Please note changing your default shipping address in "Account" will not reflect in your recently made order. After 15minute your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit your orders due to change of mind.
Can I place an order as non-member?
Yes, you can do. The email address, name, address and contact number are required. We send the confirmation email to your email account so please remember with the order number for a check and tracking. Also only members can get the reward points and every benefit.
Trouble with payment for order
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, contact your financial institution for further assistance.
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please search in the junk or spam mail section or simply check if your mailbox is full or not. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com with your inquiry.
Some email domains including hotmail and yahoo, usually cause some issues to sign up. In this case, we recommend to sign up using with Gmail.
How-to change the address and options for the products
We highly suggest that you review your shipping details before checking out and please check the detail of the orders in 15 minutes and if there are something to change, please make a cancellation first and then, place a new order. If you missed this 15 minutes chance, please contact CS as soon as possible. Please note that it’s impossible to cancel the order after we dispatched the package. If an order has been dispatched, your cancellation will be treated as a “Return”, and shipping fee is non-refundable. The refund only will be issued after we received your returned goods.
How-to use coupon or promo code
Every coupon is applied to the certain categories and products. Before to redeem, please check the detail in your account page. If you get in trouble to use it, please check the expiration date of coupons and contact Customer Service.
